From First Visit to Move-In

We visit the property together with the contractor and designer, inspect the existing condition, take measurements, and get a clear picture of your needs — budget, style, technical requirements, and expected timeline.

We define the full renovation scope: demolition, layout changes, plumbing, electrical, bathrooms, flooring, kitchen, air conditioning, lighting, doors, painting, and finishing works. At this stage we prepare a preliminary price estimate based on the agreed construction standard and visible finishing materials.

Following budget approval, we prepare the renovation programme and full technical plans — layout, demolition, electrical, plumbing, lighting, air conditioning, bathroom, kitchen, and material specifications. Where required, we involve a structural or legal engineer.

We prepare the final quotation based on approved drawings, quantities, materials, work stages, timeline, payment schedule, responsibilities, exclusions, and warranty terms. Work begins only after you approve the final plan and sign the contract.

Before site work begins, we help you choose and order all key materials and products: tiles, flooring, doors, sanitary ware, faucets, kitchen, countertops, air conditioning units, lighting fixtures, communication equipment, and other visible finishes.

We protect common areas and existing elements, clear the site, remove old materials, demolish walls per the approved plans, remove debris, and prepare the property for construction.

We complete all main infrastructure works: plumbing, sewage, electrical wiring, communication points, air conditioning piping and drainage, smart home preparation where relevant, outdoor works, and other technical systems.

Once infrastructure is checked and signed off, we close walls, build or repair partitions, prepare ceilings, apply waterproofing where required, level surfaces, and prepare walls and floors for finishing.

We install tiles, laminate, parquet, ceramic flooring, interior doors, bathroom equipment, toilets, sinks, faucets, shower systems, mirrors, and all other fixed finishing elements.

We install the kitchen and countertops, air conditioning units, sockets, switches, lighting fixtures, communication equipment, shower screens, and all remaining technical fittings.

Final painting, silicone work, trims, small corrections, touch-ups, and professional deep cleaning of the entire property.

We offer a complete interior styling and furnishing service — furniture, curtains, shades, carpets, decorative lighting, accessories, and full preparation for tenant or owner move-in.

We inspect the finished project with you, prepare a snag list if needed, correct any remaining defects, provide all relevant documents and warranties, and hand over the property ready for use.
