Our Involvement
By running both apartments in parallel, we consolidated material orders, shared scaffolding, and kept a single site foreman across both units. The result was a faster timeline and lower cost per apartment than if each had been handled separately. This unit received full fit-out: flooring, tiling, plumbing, electrical, kitchen installation, bathrooms, and finishing.
