Our Involvement
The age of the structure required careful assessment before any work began — we reinforced the foundations and roof before proceeding with the full interior renovation. Work included insulation, new flooring, plastering, electrical rewiring, plumbing, bathroom and kitchen installation, and exterior finishing, all while respecting the character of the original building. We also managed the legalisation of older outbuildings on the plot and worked alongside architects to expand the total permitted built area. Carpentry throughout the property was custom made to specification. Outside, the grounds were levelled and reorganised to include dedicated parking, with landscape design bringing the garden and surroundings into a coherent whole.
