Our Involvement
The property had been uninhabited for years and needed immediate structural attention before any cosmetic work could begin. We prioritised roof repair, damp treatment, and structural consolidation, then moved quickly through the interior — new flooring, plastering, basic electrical and plumbing, and a functional kitchen and bathroom. The focus was on getting the property liveable efficiently and without unnecessary expenditure.
