101 sqm Apartment Split into Three Rental Units — Budapest 8th District

Our Involvement

We redesigned and fully renovated this 101 sqm apartment, converting it into three self-contained rental units. The layout was engineered from scratch to ensure each unit receives generous natural light despite the split configuration — a result of creative internal planning rather than compromise. All works were completed in-house: demolition, new partition walls, plumbing, electrical, flooring, three kitchens, three bathrooms, and full finishing for each unit.
