Our Involvement
We fully renovated this 95 sqm ground floor apartment and repurposed it for short-term rental. The project included a complete interior strip-out, addition of a loft level to maximise sleeping capacity, full plumbing and electrical works, three new bathrooms, two kitchens, and a finished, furnished handover ready for immediate guest occupancy.
