Our Involvement
Working within the constraints of a protected heritage building, we converted this apartment into two fully independent short-term rental units. We navigated building regulations, reconfigured the layout, constructed three new bathrooms from scratch, and completed a full renovation of both units — plumbing, electrical, flooring, kitchens, and finishing — while meeting the requirements of the preservation authority.
