Our Involvement
We took this high-ceiling apartment — untouched since the 1940s and purchased in a completely ruined state — and delivered a full luxury renovation. The project included structural assessment, complete demolition, construction of a gallery level to maximise the volume of the space, three new bathrooms built from scratch, full electrical and plumbing overhaul, premium flooring, bespoke joinery, and high-end finishing throughout.
