Our Involvement

We redesigned and fully renovated this 120 sqm ground floor apartment, splitting it into two independent short-term rental units. The scope included adding a gallery level to one unit, rerouting a single existing bathroom drainage line to serve three entirely new bathrooms, full electrical and plumbing works, new flooring, kitchens, and complete interior finishing for both units.
