Rather than stripping everything back automatically, we assessed each element on its merits — preserving structural features, fixtures, and finishes that still had life in them. This approach reduced waste and kept costs down without compromising the end result. Work covered layout reconfiguration, new tiling, plumbing updates, full electrical rewire, kitchen, bathrooms, and decorative finishing.
